各作品ページ及び決済画面に表示します。落札価格または販売価格に加え、15％の落札手数料（バイヤーズ・プレミアム）を申し受けます。なお、落札価格、販売価格およびバイヤーズプレミアムには、別途消費税が加算されます。 また、送料、梱包費、保険料、決済手数料、海外配送費、輸入関税、付加価値税（VAT）、その他各国法令に基づき発生する税金・費用等については、別途購入者の負担となる場合がございます。 Displayed on each artwork page and payment screen. In addition to the winning bid amount or sales price, a 15% buyer’s premium will be charged. Consumption tax will be added separately to the winning bid amount, sales price, and buyer’s premium where applicable. Shipping fees, packaging fees, insurance fees, payment processing fees, international shipping fees, import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other taxes or charges imposed under applicable laws and regulations may also be borne separately by the purchaser. |

If payment is not confirmed by the designated payment deadline after a successful bid, the successful bid may be canceled, awarded to the next highest bidder, re-auctioned, or the sale may be discontinued. |

| 作品等の詳細説明 Artwork Details | 作品名、アーティスト名、原著作物、サイズ、素材、エディション、制作年、証明書、状態、価格、配送条件その他詳細は各作品ページに記載します。 The title of the work, artist name, Original Work, size, materials, edition, year of production, certificate, condition, price, delivery terms, and other details shall be stated on each artwork page. |
| 引渡時期 Delivery Timing | 落札代金その他支払うべき金額の入金確認後、原則として30営業日以内に発送します。ただし、作品の仕様、額装、梱包、証明書発行、展示予定、配送・通関状況、天候、災害その他やむを得ない事由により発送時期が前後する場合があります。 After confirmation of payment of all amounts due, artworks will generally be shipped within 30 business days. However, shipping schedules may vary depending on artwork specifications, framing, packaging, certificate issuance, exhibition schedules, shipping and customs conditions, weather, disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. |

| 所有権の移転時期 Transfer of Ownership | 落札者が支払うべき金額の全額を支払い、当プロジェクトが作品を落札者または落札者指定の受取人に引き渡した時点で、作品の所有権が移転します。 Ownership of the artwork transfers to the successful bidder when all amounts due have been paid in full and the Project has delivered the artwork to the successful bidder or the recipient designated by the successful bidder. |
| 返品・キャンセル Returns and Cancellations | アート作品という商品の特性上、落札後のキャンセル、返品、交換は原則としてお受けできません。 Due to the nature of art products, cancellations, returns, and exchanges after a successful bid are generally not accepted. |
| 不良品・契約不適合への対応 Defective Products / Non-Conformity | 申し込まれた作品と異なる作品が届いた場合、配送中の重大な破損が確認された場合、または当プロジェクトが作品の真正性・正規許諾に重大な問題があると判断した場合は、作品受領後7日以内に、作品名、注文番号、状態が分かる写真、梱包状態の写真等を添えてお問い合わせください。当プロジェクト確認のうえ、修補、交換、返品、返金その他合理的な対応を行います。 If an artwork different from the ordered artwork is delivered, if significant shipping damage is confirmed, or if the Project determines that there is a material issue regarding authenticity or official licensing, please contact us within seven days after receipt of the artwork together with the artwork title, order number, photographs showing the condition, photographs of the packaging condition, and related materials. After confirmation, the Project will provide reasonable remedies including repair, replacement, return, or refund. |
| 返品送料 Return Shipping Fees | 当プロジェクトの責めに帰すべき事由による返品・交換の場合は当プロジェクト負担とします。購入者都合による返品・キャンセルはお受けできません。 In cases of returns or exchanges caused by reasons attributable to the Project, return shipping fees shall be borne by the Project. Returns or cancellations due to purchaser convenience are not accepted. |
| 表現および作品状態に関する注意 Notes Regarding Representation and Artwork Condition | 作品画像は実物に近づけるよう努めますが、閲覧環境、照明、撮影条件等により色味や質感が異なる場合があります。制作上の痕跡、素材固有の質感、微細な差異、経年変化、額装・梱包の軽微な状態差等は返品・交換の対象となりません。 While we strive to present artwork images as accurately as possible, colors and textures may differ depending on viewing environment, lighting, and photography conditions. Production traces, material textures, minor differences, aging, and slight differences in framing or packaging condition shall not qualify for returns or exchanges. |
| 知的財産権の取扱い Handling of Intellectual Property Rights | 作品の購入により移転する権利は、作品の有体物としての所有権または当該エディション個体の保有権に限られます。原著作物、キャラクター、作品画像、アーティスト作品、題号、ロゴ等に関する著作権、商標権、商品化権、複製権、翻案権、デジタル化権、NFT化権、広告宣伝利用権その他の知的財産権は購入者に移転しません。 The rights transferred upon the purchase of a work shall be limited to ownership of the work as a tangible object or the right to possess the relevant editioned item. Copyrights, trademark rights, merchandising rights, reproduction rights, adaptation rights, digitization rights, NFT conversion rights, advertising and promotional use rights, and any other intellectual property rights relating to the Original Work, characters, images of the work, the artist’s work, titles, logos, and the like shall not be transferred to the purchaser. |
